The petitioner herein filed the Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the amount due to the petitioner for the works executed by the petitioner in Mukkalnaickanpatti Panchayat, Gandhi Nagar area.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent is ready to pay the amount to the petitioner, but due to non-cooperation of the Vice President, the amount has not been paid.

3. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this impleading petition seeking to implead the Vice President of the said Panchayat.

4. In view of the stand taken by the third respondent this Court is inclined to allow this impleading petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 1/2
