This Court vide order dated 24.07.2023 has already granted leave to the petitioner to add Coimbatore Corporation as a party respondent.

In the light of that, the Commissioner of Corporation of Coimbatore, Coimbatore is added as a party respondent. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause-title.

Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel accepts notice for the added respondent.
