(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking leave to file a criminal original petition against the order dated 17.11.2022 in Crime No.304 of 2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Alandur, the petitioner/third party has filed the present petition.

2. This Court is satisfied that the offence committed attracts Section 467 of IPC. The closure of the complaint is on the basis that no offence of forgery is committed and that ante-dating of the document will not amount to forgery. However, this Court is unable to accept the order of closure. This Court is satisfied that leave should be granted to the petitioner to file appeal. Accordingly, leave is granted.
