This petition is filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruchendur and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12083 of 2023, dated 06.06.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had complied the condition only till 03.07.2023 and thereafter not complied the condition.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had complied the condition only till 03.07.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4.The learned District cum Judicial Magistrate is also directed to take steps to cancel the bail as per the conditions imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12083 of 2023, dated 06.06.2023.
