Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to dispose the Petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019 to issue patta for her house site measuirng 4687 Sq. ft. and residential building thereon comprised in Nanja Survey No. 95/6 situated at the premises bearing Old No. 201-B, New No. 274/2, Nehru Street, Near (Mannoli Amman Koil Street) No. 89, Veppampattu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur Distirct.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 18.07.2019 made by the Petitioner for issuance of patta has been rejected by order Na. Ka. No. 3416/2019/Aa2 dated 01.11.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. 2.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge order Na. Ka. No. 3416/2019/Aa2 dated 01.11.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
