Mr. S.Sounther O R D E R The respondent in H.M.O.P.No. 105 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Chidambaram, is the petitioner in this Transfer Petition. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the respondent.

The petitioner is a permanent resident of Mayiladuthurai. The matter is now pending before the Sub Court, Chidambaram. According to the petitioner, it would not be possible for her to appear before the Sub Court, Chidambaram, for the purpose of defending the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No. 105 of 2015. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the matter to a Court at Mayiladuthurai.

In view of the consensus arrived at among the parties, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 105 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Chidambaram and is transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayildauthurai.

6 . The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
