This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that he shall report before the Respondent police everyday to 10.30 am and 5.00 pm, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.14183 of 2023 in Cr.No.151 of 2023 04.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in this matter charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi and is yet to taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
