respondent in entertaining the application of the 3rd respondent dated 21.09.2021 and effecting a change in the registrar of firms relating to M/s.Galaxy Mica Enterprises and carrying out a change to the effect that the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 were the outgoing partners and 6th respondent has incoming partner maintaining the same in Form A in the Registrar of Firms and his communication of the first respondent issued in No.162/A3/2024 dated 13.06.2024 is illegal and without jurisdiction in view of the amendment issued by the State of Tamil Nadu and introducing the Section 59A by the State of Andhra Pradesh and Consequently, direct the first respondent to restore the registered firm of M/s.Galaxy Mica Enterprises.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
