ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to prepare and publish the seniority list in the post of Headmaster of Higher Secondary School as mandated by the service rules and thereby forbear the respondents from conducting the counselling for promotion to the post of District Educational Officer / transfer in the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster without publishing the Seniority list.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the seniority list has been published and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Page No.2 of 4

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
