This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8820 of 2023 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9387 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.

2. This Court finds from the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9387 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 that the petitioner was granted interstate anticipatory bail till 17.06.2023, with a direction to approach the competent Court in Mumbai. Till now, petitioner has not sought appropriate relief before the competent Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
