This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below converting a complaint filed under Section 156

(3) of Cr.P.C. into the complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations made in the complaint, it is seen that cognizable offence has been made out as against the husband of the petitioner. Therefore the AWPS, (East), Puliakulam, Coimbatore is directed to register an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner and proceed further with the investigation.
