These petitions are listed today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners under the caption "For Being Mentioned" by bringing to the notice of this Court due to some typographical errors, which had crept in the order dated 20.09.2023, the petitioners 2 to 4 were not brought on record as legal heirs of the first petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of these petitions, the petitions are accordingly ordered.
