Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition to substitute the petitioners 1 to 6 herein in the place of the deceased petitioner in the aforementioned writ petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the aforementioned writ petition.
