This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that the petitioner's son is an accused in Crime No.68 of 2017 and Non Bailable Warrant was issued against him to secure him. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is being called to the Police Station for enquiry. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police in the enquiry and the police is directed not to harass the petitioner during enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
