This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14358 of 2022 on 23.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed which has been taken up in P.R.C.No.19 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal on first working day of every Month until further orders.
