The petitioner is facing matrimonial proceedings in HMOP.No.977 of 2017 in the Family Court at Coimbatore. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that the respondents No.2 and 3 along with some persons attempted to attack the petitioner on 18.07.2018, which was the date of hearing. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a complaint on 18.07.2018 to the 1st respondent police by post and has thereafter, filed the present petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.If there is any real threat to the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent police in person and give a complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
