JUDGMENT

Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.111 of 2012 on the file of fourth respondent Police Station to CBCID, Salem.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation completed and charge sheet was also filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.33 of 2013, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.
