ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to issue direction to dispose of the DVC No.1 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi as expeditiously as possible with in period of stipulated time by appreciating the above said facts and circumstances.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, to complete the proceedings in DVC.No.1 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
