ORDER
This Petition has been filed to implead the Tahsildar, Pallavaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District as 3rd respondent in the above Writ Petition.
2. I am afraid that the Tahsildar cannot take policy decision on behalf of the State of Tamil Nadu. The Petition filed to implead the Tahsildar is entirely misconceived and the policy decision relating to classification of land, especially when the Cantonment Board claimed that it is B-2 land, can only be taken at the highest level of Revenue Department. Hence, the request to implead the Tahsildar. Pallavaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District is rejected.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is rejected. 08-12-2025 gsk
