COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions have been filed praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.12487 & 12490 of 2025 dated 24.04.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed in the writ petitions has been stayed by the Division Bench on 19.09.2025 and the copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, these contempt petitions are closed. It is left open to the petitioners to revive these contempt petitions subject to the result of the writ appeals.
