PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 09.09.2021 made by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) Heard Mr.S.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.
2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 09.09.2021 made by the petitioner within a stipulated time.
3.The 2nd respondent herein filed a writ petition in W.P.No.14610 of 2021, alleging that the public road existing in between Plot Nos.83 and 84 at Ram Nagar, Sundaracholavaram Village, Poonamallee, was encroached by the private respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in the writ petition. The said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent herein to take appropriate action to remove the encroachment, after affording ample opportunity to all the necessary parties.
4.The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the land in dispute and the earlier writ petition was filed against his tenant, viz., E.Arunkumar and the petitioner is not permitted to take participate in the enquiry.
5.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would state that so far enquiry has not been concluded and the 1st respondent has no objection to permit the petitioner to participate in the enquiry.
6.In the light of the submissions of the learned counsels, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the enquiry to be conducted, pursuant to the order dated 14.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.14610 of 2021. No costs.
