Crl.M.P.No.11826 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26074 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26074 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of six months to comply with the direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26074 of 2022. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
