This Court vide order dated 10.02.2023 has directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry on or before 24.02.2023 as a last chance and to file proof of compliance, immediately thereafter. On noncompliance of the requirements of the Registry on or before the specified date as directed by this Court, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further referenc to this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the order passed by this Court dated 10.02.2023 has not been complied with. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
