ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between them was conducted on 09.09.2013 at Kadakampadi Village, Kudavasal Taluk, as per Hindu Rites and Customs, and a male child was born out of the wedlock. Subsequently, a dispute arose between them and both of them are living separately. The respondent filed HMOP No.96 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Nagapattinam for divorce. 2.According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court, Thiruvarur and the Sub-Court, Nagapattinam is 60 Kms away from her residence. It is also stated that she is living with her parents and she is not having any independent income to meet out the day-to-day expenses.

She further states that she is having a 2-year old baby and it is very difficult for her to travel from Thiruvarur to Nagapattinam for each and every hearing. 3.There is no representation for the respondent today. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for, and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvarur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
