the respondent Police.

O R D E R
The petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet in C.R.P.No.19 of 2017, confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.2792 of 2017.
2. The petitioner had filed the discharge petition stating that there are no grounds for framing charges against him. The Trial Court prima facie found materials to frame charges and dismissed the discharge petition filed by the petitioner. The Revision Court, namely, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpet, had 2/6
confirmed the order passed by the Trial Court.
3. This Court finds that both the Courts below have considered the points raised by the petitioner and found that there is no ground for discharge. Therefore, there is no infirmity in the order passed by the Courts below. Hence, this Court is not inclined to set aside the order. It is open to the petitioner to raise all his contentions during the course of the Trial.
4. In the result, the petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 08.06.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No kan 3/6
