This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.319 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.319 of 2018 on 24.05.2018 under Section 147, 341, 294[b], 336, 324 and 506[2] IPC. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.319 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
