This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein viz., The Inspector of Police, K-2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.05.2019 in CSR No.184 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
