ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to process
the application for transfer of patta, dated 25.09.2021 considering the petitioners' representations dated 30.09.2021 and 05.10.2021 and issue patta in favour of the petitioners by virtue of the registered sale deed, dated 01.09.2021 pertaining to the petitioners' property situated at Plot No.22, Madhanangkuppam Road, Bharath Nagar, Madura Madhanangkuppam village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law at the earliest. 2.
Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioners submitted their application before the second respondent for transfer of patta from the name of their vendor to their names, in pursuant to the sale deed, dated 01.09.2021 registered vide Document No.5799 of 2021. 4.
Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 25.09.2021 and conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
