This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7719 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10440 of 2023 on 13.06.2023 to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
