It had been stated that efforts to serve notice through the known addresses on five separate occasions were all returned with an endorsement 'no such person in the address'.

Taking into consideration all the facts, the application stands allowed. Paper publication to be effected in English daily 'Times of India' in the area where the respondents are residing on or before 09.08.2024, returnable with hearing date 06.09.2024.
