O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J) Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue had returned back to her home and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
