Though there is no representation for the petitioner, Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that H.M.O.P.No.1068 of 2016, on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is finally disposed on 29.12.2017 and produced the case status from the E-courts Website. As the O.P. itself is disposed of, the transfer petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
