ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the Docket Order dated 06.06.2022 made in I.A.No.109 of 2022 in O.S.No.154 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from his client 2/4

submits that the petitioners would take necessary steps to delete the respondents 2 to 14 in I.A.No.109 of 2022 before the Court below. In case, the petitioner files necessary memo or petition to delete the names of the respondents 2 to 14 from the array of parties in I.A.No.109 of 2022, there may not be any impediment for the Court below to get along with the I.A.No.109 of 2022, after issuing notice to the contesting 1st respondent.

3. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No dm To The 1st Additional District Judge, Cuddalore.
