ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 399 of IPC in Crime No.313 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have been prepared to commit dacoity . Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and apart from this case, there are seven previous cases pending against him, out of which, there are two 302 cases and others are similar in nature.

5. Considering the fact that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
