ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.9,19,776/- and the license fee of Rs.93,516/-.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was awarded license for collecting empty bottles and sale of eatables in the bar attached to Shop No.1903, Tiruppur District for the period from 19.12.2023 to 31.12.2025. In this regard, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.4,57,600 as a license fee, per year and Rs.8,19,776/- as Security Deposit along with a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. This being the case, the shop was closed on 15.05.2024. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.02.2025, seeking refund of the security deposit and license fee from the respondents. Thereafter, the third respondent by memorandum dated 29.03.2025, informed the petitioner to obtain NOC from the GST 2/6
Department to show no due towards GST. After submitting NOC and repeated representations on 09.4.2025, 13.05.2025 and 14.05.2025, seeking for refund, the respondents have not repaid the said amount. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.04.2025, 13.05.2025 and 14.05.2025, respectively within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 09.04.2025, 13.05.2025 and 14.05.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
