When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner G.Sankar s/o.Gandhidass [CT No.14824], has been released under G.O.(Ms)No.642, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 24.09.2022, from the prison.
