Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO.17501 of 2020 order dated 06.11.2020 viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. Until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.A.HUSSAINY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17501 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17501 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
