This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order passed in IA.No.107 of 2018 in HMOP.No.139 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Udumalpet dated 26.02.2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo stating 'no instruction' from the petitioner. It is also seen from the bundle that the matter was listed for admission and at the time of admission, at the request of the

learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned. Thereafter, it was not listed for admission. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no instruction from the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.
