When the contempt petition came up for hearing, Mr.Tamilvendan, learned Additional Govt. Pleader (Puducherry) has produced the proceedings of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies dated 30.09.2025. In terms of the proceedings, it is evident that the Puducherry Co-operative Spinning Mills Employees' Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., has received a sum of Rs.1,48,29,103/-. The payment is said to have been made on 26.09.2025. As the order has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
