Seat is being allotted in the third phase of allotment.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to prepare actual waiting list where the petitioner herein should have been placed at 41 and consider her name when the all India Quota of surrendered M.B.B.S. Seat is being allotted in the third phase of allotment.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was already admitted in the Tiruchy, Medical College and she is now doing 3rd year in the aforesaid college.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer in the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication is required in the said Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
