2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Loganadhan, petition enquiry is pending in Crime. No. 31 of 2018, U/s.457 and 206(ii) IPC. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
