This miscellaneous petition has been filed to accept the cause title by substituting the name of the representative of the appellant that is the Treasurer as A.Ziyavudeen, instead of Nasir Ali.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the appellant association intends to prefer appeal against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.8947 of 2019 on the file of III Addl. City Civil Court, Chennai. The suit was represented by its Treasurer Mr.Nasir Ali and now he has resigned from his post and subsequently, the petitioner viz., A.Ziyavudeen was appointed as Treasurer of the appellant Association, hence, it is just and necessary to substitute the name of A.Ziyavudeen instead of Mr.Nasir Ali, to represent appellant association in the appeal suit.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
