O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience and deliberate violation in complying the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20057 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court on 24.07.2024 had passed the following order: "5.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 10.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation with regard to omitted extent of the acquired land, on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

4. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that enquiry was completed and the orders will be passed within two weeks and the same will be served to the petitioners.
