O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed respondent herein (i.e) the Inspector of Police, P-1, Pullianthope Police, Pullianthope, Chennai-600 012, to file final report pertaining to petitioners complaint dated 01.09.2017 registered in Crime No.2332/2014 under Sections 465, 466, 477, 420 IPC on 01.09.2014 within a stipulated period of time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has almost been completed and draft charge sheet is ready.

4. Recording the said submission, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.2332 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant provided there is no legal impediment. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
