ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the petitioner's son before us, who was in the custody of his father.

2. As against the order passed in HCP.No.888 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, the third respondent preferred a Special Leave Petition No.9739 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 15.07.2025, has stayed the proceedings. When the order passed in the HCP has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the case.
