This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry based on CSR No.44 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned additional public prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one A.Balaji, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No. 44 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
