Though the reason of getting inter office approvals to obtain for paying the deficit Court fee, the delay of 511 days is occurred, this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee and the same shall be paid by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
