The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner, along with another accused, had was found in illegal possession of 2 kgs of Ganja. He further submitted that this petitioner is absconding and eight criminal cases are pending against him. 3.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
