ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Kaliyamoorthy, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
