JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 557 days in representing the appeal.

2. Heard Ms.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.V.Chandru @ Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. The delay is 557 days in representing the case papers. Normally, the delay in representing, for plausible reasons, would be accepted by this Court. However, in this case, it is stated by the petitioner that the case bundle got mixed up with other case bundles and if this is to be accepted, since the delay is 557 days, we are inclined to condone the delay on a condition of payment of Rs.1,000/- by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands ordered on the aforementioned terms. However, on non-compliance of the condition mentioned hereinabove, the present petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
